Organising the Frugal Way

I am still fully into the process of re-organising our house, eventhough it has come to a slow-down since the in-laws have arrived for a few weeks stay and I have to work outside of my workroom, which is not the most efficient way of work.

Storage solutions are always something I am interested in and Pinterest has a lovely collection of ideas.  When money and options for supplies are short go for the simple way: use your imagination and stash.  I had enough boxes left from the moving around our bedrooms and found a lovely children's fabric since my entire fabric stash temporarily moved into the hallway.

I made fabric covers for some boxes to store all the board books for the little one, so she has easy access to all her books, rather than sharing the already full bookshelves with her siblings.  A simple solution for now and I am making some more full-size boxes that fit in the shelves in the boys room.

    1. Thanks Melonie. It's an Ikea kids fabric from a couple of years ago. . . loved it as soon as I saw it, but then disappeared into my stash :-)
