It's the season of the end-of-the-year-plays at the Nairobi Waldorf School. As a mother with sewing skills a busy time of the year as well to work on new costumes. Here's the first one that I completed this week being frugal and using scraps of 'China silk' that were left over from another set of costumes. Daugther-dear will not be Joseph, but happy to model the coat with golden lining.

Het is de tijd van het jaar waar iedere klas een toneel stuk opvoert aan de Nairobi Waldorf School. Als een moeder met naai-vaardigheden een drukke tijd van het jaar om te werken aan nieuwe kostuums. Hier is het eerste kostuum dat ik deze week voltooide. Ik was extra zuinig en heb restjes 'China zijde' verwerkt die waren overgebleven van een andere set kostuums. Dochterlief zal geen Josef zijn, maar is graag het model voor de jas met de gouden voering.
