I have been away for a little bit from this spot as I traveled 8000 miles to the Netherlands. Both my parents are not in the best health and I just need to be with them for a little bit in this difficult time.
Just before I left Kenya we took a family trip to Nairobi National Park for some game spotting. We were put to the fact that the city has been growing rapidly since our arrival six years ago, it gives this interesting view from 'the wild' looking back to the city.
Ik ben een tijdje weggeweest van hier omdat ik even naar Nederland afgereist ben. Allebei mijn ouders verkeren niet in allerbeste gezondheid en ik moest even naar hun toe in deze moeilijke tijd.
Net voordat ik wegging uit Kenia namen we een familie-uitstapje naar Nairobi National Park om dieren te spotten. We werden herinnerd aan het feit dat de stad snel is gegroeid sinds onze aankomst zes jaar geleden, zeker als je dit interessante uitzicht vanaf 'het wilde' van de stad ziet.
